ADOPTED NEW RULE:

If a member club misses a COC meeting without notifying the COC Secretary first, then they will have a $100.00 fine.

Upon the second meeting of a NO CALL/NO SHOW, then that club will be out of the COC and must go back through the presentation process all over again and be current on any money owed to the COC.

1st Quarter meeting is set. I will arrive around
11am to collect dues ($100) per voting
organization. Please try to get there early to
address any website issues. I'd like to get all
the information correct on the site. As it stands
right now, I'm not hearing a need to hold any
elections. I hope you all have a great Christmas
and a Happy and safe New Year. If you have any
